Put the JAR file in your minecraft/mods folder.

Cauldron/MCPC uses an outdated version of Forge (v1207) but Ships Mod requires at least Forge v1230 which is the current "recommended" version for Forge for Minecraft 1.7.10. Ships Mod for Minecraft 1.7.10 is not compatible with Cauldron/MCPC.Ships Mod has problems with Secret Rooms Mod. Archimedes Ships mod 1.7.10/1.7.2 is only going to function properly if players already have Minecraft Forge installed, so make sure you find that loader.Add measurement gauges to keep an eye on your direction and velocity.
